How The Program Works

We are aware that not all injury applicants will be in need of our services, but we feel that approximately 30% of those injured are candidates for our services. ACSF is able to promptly make its funding decision, usually within a day or two, and quickly provide funds upon receipt of a brief description of the claim/case and of the injuries and damages.

The three step process is as simple as A, B, C.

  1. The injury applicant (or his/her attorney) can either:
    1. Simply call our toll-free number (1-866-379-9590) and talk with a qualified representative.
    2. Provide his/her name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to ACSF by completing and submitting the simple on-line "Contact Us" form, in which event an ACSF representative will call to get the necessary information, e.g., the details of the claim/case including a description of the accident/incident, the injuries, damages, etc.
    3. Complete the application either online and submit it electronically, in which event the information will be encrypted so that no unauthorized individual will have access to it, or print out the application, complete it, and submit it by fax, toll free to ACSF (1-866-709-4969)

  2. Upon receipt of the necessary details of the claim/case, ACSF will evaluate the information and provide the applicant with a proposal advising the amount of money ACSF is prepared to advance and the cost - after attorneys fees - upon the successful conclusion of the case. Of course, if there is no recovery - that is, you receive no money - then there is no cost; the advance of money is a gift to you from ACSF.

  3. Upon acceptance of the proposal, the injury applicant and ACSF enter into a Lien Purchase Agreement, with the knowledge of the applicant's attorney (whose only function is to apprise ACSF of any superior liens of which he/she is aware, to periodically advise ACSF of the status of the claim/case, and to agree to pay ACSF the amount to which it is entitled, AFTER ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS from the proceeds of the case, IF ANY) and a check is issued and sent overnight the same day the Agreement is received and approved, or ACSF can wire transfer the funds to our client's bank account.
