ACSF looks at many things in determining how much to advance, including, but not limited to, the liability aspect of the case (that is how good a case you have), the nature of the injuries and how serious they are, whether there is any residual injury, the amount of your medical bills, the amount of your lost wages, where the case is or will be filed, the identity of your lawyer and of the lawyer representing the defendant(s), how long we anticipate the advance will be outstanding, etc.
