The Cost---On selected cases the cost is as low as twenty (20) percent of the amount of money advanced for the first six (6) months the money is outstanding, and twelve (12) percent for each six month period thereafter, with the amount due and owing being considered as fully earned and owing on the first day of each consecutive six (6) month period. The only other charge is a small application fee (usually $300.00) plus a small fee of $100.00 for monitoring the claim/case until it is resolved.
ALL COSTS AND CHARGES are payable at the conclusion of the claim/case from the proceeds of the claim/case, if any. Remember, if a client gets no money from the claim or case, then the money advanced by ACSF is a gift to you and NO MONEY HAS TO BE REPAID.
ACSF will guarantee to beat any other funding company's written cost proposal. So, if you have received a written proposal from another funding company, let ACSF take a look at the claim/case and evaluate it. If ACSF funds the claim/case and makes an advance, ACSF guarantees that it will be at a cheaper cost to the victim than any other funding company.
