ACSF evaluates each case separately and the cost of the funds advanced depends on this evaluation. GENERALLY, when your request is funded in-house, the cost is anywhere from 3% to 5% per month (depending on the evaluation), compounded monthly, of the amount advanced, with a three month minimum. There are no other charges or costs with the exception of a small administrative charge to cover the cost of document preparation, filing, monitoring, etc. ALL COSTS AND CHARGES are payable at the conclusion of the claim/case from the proceeds of the claim/case, if any. Remember, if a victim gets no money from the claim or case, then the money advanced by ACSF is a gift to you and NO MONEY HAS TO BE REPAID.
